Shipping policy

Shipping: At REJÜ, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, our estimated delivery timeframe is 7-12 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs processing or periods of high demand.

Returns: At REJÜ, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

We understand that you may wish to try the product before deciding whether it is right for you. However, products that have been excessively used, emptied or returned outside of the 30-day return period may not be eligible for a return or refund.
